normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an
outage or a change in the operational status and if
after fifteen minutes your experience is not reflected
contact on:

There is an outage at Services Australia- myID. It's affecting the external clients to lodge director ID applications. The issue has been under investigation. We will update the status once we have more information. Thanks for your patience.
